LEADERSHIP
We believe in the biblical call to leadership, oversight and shepherding of God’s People. As such we look to appoint those specifically called to governmental leadership at The Mission as elders. Elders function in the role of overall church oversight, macro decision making, and maintaining our church vision and core theological beliefs.
In addition to eldership, we take great delight in recognising and setting in place those who are recognised and appointed as Mission Station Leaders to lead, serve and disciple others. We essentially believe that all believers have been called to disciple others, and we encourage all in our church community to continually grow in the area of reaching out to and discipling others.
Carl and Bron are overall pioneers and lead elders of The Mission. Aldrin and Murlin were also ordained as elders in March 2025, and lead the community forward alongside Carl and Bron. We are blessed by the calibre of eldership, mission station leaders, worship leaders and pioneers in our community. Our prayer is to see many being stirred by The Father’s love to participate, disciple and lead in increasing measures in His Great Commission to us all.
Meet our Eldership Team:
CARL AND BRON
LEAD ELDERS
Carl and Bron are inspired by the rich history and inheritance of past moves of The Spirit across the UK. They burn to see God ‘do it again’, to see an awakening in the UK church, and to see an unlocking of all that God has put inside of His people. They long for the key value of simplicity, as seen in the book of Acts, to be restored to the church again and are stirred by the possibility of rapid gospel growth through multiplication and discipleship. Carl and Bron both previously served on the eldership team of KingsGate Church out of which this community has been planted. They are the lead overseers of ‘The Mission’.

ALDRIN AND MURLIN
Elders
Aldrin and Murlin have a deep love for Jesus and His Church. They have led in various capacities of church and market place leadership over many years, and we are delighted to be ordaining them as elders of The Mission on 16 March 2025. Aldrin and Murlin lead a Mission Station in South Wimbledon, and are passionate worship leaders, serving the church as a drummer and singer. Their hearts are to see lives impacted and transformed by Jesus, and to see others join in on this amazing journey of grace that we’re all on as followers of Christ.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
We are privileged to be well-connected with like-minded churches, both locally and afar. We've maintained relationship with KingsGate Church in Kingston, and in addition have been increasingly leaning into our growing relationship with Catalyst Connect - "A Family of Churches fulfilling the Great Commission of King Jesus Together" - under the leadership of Ryan Matthews from Freedom House Church in Ballito, South Africa. Our leadership has also connected into training and mentorship opportunities with The Vineyard Movement. This has been a most wonderful opportunity for expanding out knowledge and understanding of Biblical Kingdom Theology.
We understand the importance of remaining connected externally to other churches and church leaders, receiving diverse input from outside the walls of The Mission, and essentially growing in our understanding of God's Word and His Kingdom alongside the greater Body of Christ.
